Join this professional and dynamic team today! This successful agency, boasts 2 offices in the South-East city fringe and they are seeking an Assistant Property Manager that will work hard with a view to progress their career quickly with supervision and training.
Forming an integral support part of a friendly team, you will be supporting the Property Management team and assist them with managing their portfolio of 180 properties.
**Duties**:
Working alongside this young, dynamic Director, this role gives an aspiring Property Manager the opportunity to learn the ropes before being promoted to taking care of things themselves.
- Support with the day to day management of 180 properties
- Take and address tenant enquiries
- Arrange and conduct ingoing and routine inspections
- Coordinate repairs & maintenance
- Minimise arrears
- General admin around rent reviews and increases
**Specific requirements**:
The great news? Our client is open so long as you have had some exposure to property management and feel confident that you can perform the main elements of the role
Must have:
- A current Certificate of Registration or License
- A car and driver's license
- Solid work ethic and be a team-player
