The Role of an Administrative Supporter
This position involves providing administrative support across our accounting team.
You will be responsible for:
1. Communicating with clients on behalf of accountants
2. Scheduling meetings and appointments
3. Preparing documents and paperwork
4. Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met
5. Onboarding new clients and updating client details in our database
6. Liaising with government agencies such as the ATO and ASIC
7. Completing any other administrative tasks as required
