 
        
        Our client is seeking a VP/Director level executive assistant to join the team for 12 months! In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and special projects as needed. You will be part of a company who employ over 80,000 people internationally! 
Key responsibilities; 
Calendar Management - Overseeing the calendars of VPs and Directors, prioritising schedules and meetings. The expectation is that you will handle conflicts by deciding which meetings should be attended and arranging substitutes where necessary. 
Meeting Planning and Organising - Assist in planning and organising meetings, including agendas, arranging locations and setting up technology, you may also prepare briefing documents and take notes. 
Correspondence and approvals - Act as a point of contact for communications an approvals, general inquiries, and ensuring follow ups to confirm resolutions. 
Travel Arrangements - Organise travel itineraries, considering the most effective travel arrangements 
Special Projects - Provide analytical support for special projects by researching issues and analysing problems. 
As the executive assistant, you are responsible for making important decisions to ensure the smooth running of those you are assisting. 
Skillset; 
Administraive and executive assistant experience 
Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to interact with all seniority levels 
An eye for detail 
Technical proficiency
