Position: Maintenance Worker (Nucon Concrete Plants)

The Role: We\'re looking for a Maintenance Worker who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping our operations running at peak performance. This role offers competitive pay, full-time hours, and a supportive team environment. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Identify and repair minor plant and equipment issues, including air system leaks, solenoid valves, and rollers.
* Conduct greasing and lubrication of plant and trucks to maintain smooth operation.
* Perform minor agitator repairs, including fixing slump gauges and hoses.
* Assist with general preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
* Work safely, following company procedures and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations.
* Communication effectively with supervisors, team members, and plant staff to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Who We\'re Looking For:
* Experience: previous experience ideally working in a Maintenance role within concrete plants would be highly desirable.
* Hands-on and practical - enjoys fixing things and problem-solving.
* Positive attitude and team-oriented - works well with others and contributes to a good team culture.
* Autonomous worker - can manage workload efficiently without constant supervision.
* Willing to learn - open to training and improving their skillset.
* Good communicator - can liaise with different team members and report issues effectively.

Pay based on skillset and experience - will be discussed during interview stage. Pay rates are based off our Enterprise Agreement. All hours worked above 38 are paid at overtime rates.
