Offer description

HR & OHS Coordinator

Part time (0.8 FTE) | Hybrid | Gippsland based

$80,000 – $90, % super (pro-rata)

Full Circle HR & Business Services is a Gippsland-based HR and OHS consultancy that works closely with business owners and leaders through trusted, long-term relationships across the region. Our work is grounded in strong judgement, practical support and genuine care for the people behind the business. We are often engaged in complex, sensitive or critical situations, and our success is built on the depth of our relationships and the quality of outcomes we achieve for our clients.

Full Circle is a female and LGBTQIA+ led, neuro-diverse supportive, values-driven and community-minded business. We are intentional about creating a workplace where people feel safe, respected and supported to do their best work, and where care for people - our clients and our team - is embedded in how we lead, collaborate, support and make decisions.

As Full Circle continues to grow, we're excited to welcome an HR & OHS Coordinator to join our small, supportive team - someone who's eager to make a real impact through meaningful work, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

About our opportunity

This HR & OHS Coordinator acts as a central intake, coordination and delivery support function across recruitment, HR and OHS work. It plays a critical role in ensuring work flows smoothly into the business, is well organised, and is delivered consistently in support of high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Working closely with senior consultants and the Operations Manager, you will support recruitment delivery, HR and OHS implementation, systems coordination and follow-through. This is not an advisory or decision-making role. Senior consultants retain responsibility for client relationships, advice and risk.

This role suits someone with HR, OHS or recruitment coordination experience who enjoys structured work, supports great client outcomes, and works well from home with required travel for team and client needs.

Being based in or near the Wellington Shire or Latrobe City Shire would be helpful in supporting our clients and working alongside our geographically spread team, though this is not essential.

Key responsibilities include

* Acting as the primary intake point for new client enquiries and triaging work under clear escalation frameworks
* Coordinating recruitment processes under senior direction, including advertising, applicant management and interview logistics
* Supporting HR and OHS implementation, documentation and follow-up actions
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting effective use of internal and client systems
* Providing coordination and administrative support during peak periods

What we offer

* Part-time role (0.8 FTE) with flexibility within business hours
* Hybrid working, with engagement across Gippsland
* $80,000 – $90, % super (pro-rata)
* Laptop and phone provided
* Supportive senior leadership and structured development
* Potential pathway to consulting over time for the right candidate

Non-client related travel of up to 5,000km per annum (such as internal meetings or team events) is included in the remuneration package. Client-related travel is reimbursed at the applicable kilometre rate. Travel is generally undertaken during work hours, with occasional exceptions where required.
