Trade Marks Specialist
A challenging opportunity exists for a Trade Marks Attorney/Lawyer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking firm. This role will provide a stimulating and varied workload, involving the prosecution and enforcement of trade marks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advice on all aspects of trade mark law and practice including registration, opposition, non-use actions and licensing;
You should have sound knowledge of current Australian trade mark law and practice as well as excellent drafting skills. Strong communication skills are essential in order to liaise with clients who may not be familiar with intellectual property rights.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated individuals who can work independently but also partake in team projects when required. You must possess strong attention to detail while being able to think strategically about your work products that achieve successful outcomes within budget restraints;
