Administration Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level administrative support to our team.
* This is a multi-faceted role requiring strong time management, communication and administration skills.
* You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team, managing rosters, assisting with occupancy of rooms and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families and visitors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Cert II or III in Business Administration or similar qualification
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
