- About the role:
Your role will see you working closely with an experienced Finance Manager, where you will provide vital support, or be entrusted with full autonomy, to the entire scope of management accounting areas. Your role will include:
Weekly working capital reporting and cashflow forecasting;Month-end processes, reporting and balance sheet reconciliations;Fortnightly bank borrowing base reports, ensuring compliance;Inter-company reconciliations and clearing of variances;Statutory and tax compliance including BAS, income tax, PAYG, payroll tax, etc;Preparation and distribution of daily P&L; report;Inventory reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable; andAssisting the Finance Manager with all financial operations.
- This is a full time, permanent position with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have an established and demonstrated knowledge of accounts or finance. You will value creating ownership over your tasks and thrive to continue developing the success of the finance team. You will have or be working toward:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;CA or CPA qualification;Ability to multi skill, be flexible and adapt to changing needs of a work environment; Possess high levels of attention to detail and accuracy; Be accountable in seeing tasks to completion;Commitment to continuous improvement strategies.
