What's My Job?
You're a Senior Digital Producer in our DT team, reporting to the Group Head of Digital. Your role is all about bringing digital projects to life. You work collaboratively with our talented engineers and experience design specialists to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
As a Senior Digital Producer, you're the one who keeps everyone motivated and inspired, managing multiple projects at once whilst keeping your sights set on one thing: quality. You're fantastic at communicating with both our team and our clients, whether it's about resources, budgets, timelines, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly. You do all of this while ensuring the creative vision stays intact. You truly make things happen.
A Day in the Life
* Plan and deliver digital projects on time and within budget, consistently exceeding client expectations. Ensure smooth transitions from project start to finish with keen attention to detail.
* Effectively allocate resources throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring team members are in the right place, at the right time.
* Motivate and guide the team to meet delivery and profitability targets, remaining flexible and resolving business challenges as they arise.
* Collaborate with Business Management and agency teams (creatives, design, development, strategy) to ensure clarity and communication on the status of project delivery.
* Establish and maintain great direct client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related information. Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to mitigate challenges or risks.
* Maintain and update essential project documentation, including budgets, scope-of-work documents, timelines, WIPs, and risk assessments. Keep all materials organised, current, and easily accessible. Provide regular and comprehensive updates to department leads and business managers.
* Lead or assist in responding to new business opportunities through crafting or creating proposals including key inputs such as timelines, budget estimates or requirements on client briefs. This includes participating actively in discovery sessions and gathering requirements.
* Ensure rigorous adherence to project methodologies, templates, and processes, especially for larger, more complex projects. Work closely with the Delivery team to keep progress on track.
* Identify and manage risks and dependencies across all projects, providing visibility and creating mitigation plans where necessary. Ensure all estimates and SOWs are approved internally before being presented to the client.
* Successfully produce digital projects across a range of capabilities, including web, mobile, and user experience.

* A clear communicator. Able to articulate requirements, challenges, risks and translate technical or design nuisance into client friendly language – both verbal and written.
* Process-driven? No doubt. You're an expert when it comes to project delivery methodologies, budgeting and time management.
* You have successfully led the delivery of multiple Website and CMS projects as a project manager, coordinating teams working with platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, Storyblok, Adobe Journey Optimiser, Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and more
* You're proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Harvest, and Smartsheet and ensure effective project planning, tracking, and completion

* You have strong experience with CMS platforms like AEM, Sitefinity, and WordPress along with experience overseeing website development, maintenance, or SEO-related projects. You quickly get the hang of new platforms and functionalities with ease.
* The world of personalised marketing? You get it. You possess a solid understanding of 1:1 marketing operations, the latest platforms, and journey-based automation.
* You have a solid grasp of technical requirements, with a proven ability to plan and deliver on enterprise-level projects, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
