About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand‐sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all‐day classic with a neighbourhood feel.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
1. Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
2. Must be able to hand‐stretch artisanal pizza dough
3. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
4. Excellent communication and presentation
5. Time management and organisational skills
6. Italian cuisine knowledge and experience in a high volume, fast‐paced restaurant environment is desirable
7. Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
8. Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
9. Understanding food safety standards
10. Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holiday
