We are seeking an experienced and professional waiter/waitress to join our Hobart waterfront venue. This role requires confidence in delivering high-end service with precision, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
Our venue showcases refined modern dining, Tasmanian produce, and award-winning single malt whisky and gin. We are looking for someone who upholds premium service standards and takes pride in their craft.

* Provide refined, attentive, high-end table service
* Manage a section confidently and independently
* Strong food, wine, whisky, and cocktail knowledge (or willingness to learn)
* Maintain professional presentation, pacing, and guest engagement
* Work collaboratively with FOH & BOH for seamless service
the role can evolve into part-time or full-time positions available.
🔹 Requirements
* Previous experience in premium or fine-dining service (required)
* Ability to carry 3 plates, pour wine, and run a full section
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Must be available nights and weekends
* RSA required
