Job Title: Technology Support Specialist
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to our venues and their employees, ensuring the seamless operation of our Point of Sales, Online ordering and stock control systems across the business.
* Systems training for new and existing employers.
* Assist with the maintenance of inventory within an internal database.
* Receive feedback from users about functionality and adapt usability based on their requests.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Work within a support team and assist in an ad-hoc capacity.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses:
* 3+ years' experience in a hospitality/retail environment or a similar role.
* Experience operating POS systems is desirable.
* Tertiary education within IT, Hospitality or Tourism preferred.
* Ability to adapt and mold to changing circumstances.
* Effective communication ability with the confidence to speak up about issues, concerns, and areas for improvement.
* Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
* Ability to identify and implement process improvement.
* General computer and technology literacy.
* Understanding of business environment and business acumen.
