The Project
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
The Role
In this role, you will provide strategic and operational resourcing support across the project, including recruitment, onboarding, remuneration and the promotion of cultural diversity.
As a key member of the Resourcing Team, you’ll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-practice HR support and resourcing strategies that align with the needs of the project.
Role And Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance on recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, cultural diversity, and general resourcing matters to support project needs.
* Assist in the review and implementation of HR strategies and alliance policies to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
* Support and mentor HR Coordinators, including delivering induction programs and facilitating effective onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders through clear communication and influence.
* Provide advice on performance management processes and systems, and assist with salary benchmarking and remuneration recommendations.
* Promote cultural diversity across the workforce and ensure compliance with all alliance policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
About You
* 4–5 years’ experience in a Human Resources or resourcing role, ideally within large projects or complex environments.
* Previous experience in white-collar project recruitment is highly regarded.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulatory frameworks, and HR best practices.
* Confident in building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experienced in mentoring junior HR staff and delivering HR initiatives or project work from planning through to execution.
