Operations Management Opportunity
Brewery seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its business operationally, commercially, and culturally.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the whole business, including venue operations, production, sales and marketing, people management, and finance. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior team to set direction, drive performance, and maintain a positive and passionate work environment.
* Oversee venue operations to high service standards and manage cost control.
* Lead the brewery team and sales staff.
* Manage production schedules, stock forecasting, and distribution planning.
* Drive wholesale sales growth into bars, pubs, and bottle shops.
* Develop local marketing, promotions, and on-site events.
* Monitor weekly performance dashboards and monthly financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and excise regulations.
* Create a work environment that retains and grows good employees.
