What You’ll Do:
* Lead a high-performing team of Venue Leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
* Step confidently into high-demand situations, balancing team support with operational execution.
* Be hands-on and unafraid to get on the floor when needed – leading by example and living the brand.
* Drive results across all venues, ensuring KPIs, service standards, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
* Partner with marketing to amplify local engagement and connect our venues to their communities.
Your Journey:
Before officially stepping into the Area Leader role, you’ll complete an immersion phase as a Venue Leader, gaining a deep understanding of Yo-Chi’s operations, people, and culture. This phase sets you up to lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR.
* A people-focused leader with a proven ability to coach, uplift, and empower teams.
* Strong operational and commercial acumen, with confidence managing P&Ls, labour, and COGs.
* Proactive and resilient – thrives in fast-paced environments and leads calmly under pressure.
