CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Business Name: Connect One Recruitment) | ContractSenior Case Manager | OHS | $111.50 per hourHighlysought after ACT Government OrganisationUpto 111.50/Hourincluding SuperannuationOur client is a large Government organisation who areseeking Senior Case Manager to join their team.You will advise on workplace issues including early intervention, rehabilitation, return-to-work principles and high level advice to executives.Key Responsibilities:Identify, monitor and address workplace issues and trends affecting, including early intervention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work principles.Provide high level advice to executives, managers and staff on the application and interpretation of relevant worker’s compensation legislation, policy and guidelines for managing injured and ill employees.Build manager and staff capability through learning and development activities in a range of wellbeing competencies, including resilience, conflict resolution, effective interpersonal communication skills, and working effectively in teams.Liaise relevant agencies across the broader ACT Government for the ongoing management of compensate and non-compensable cases.Selection Criteria:Extensive experience in early intervention, rehabilitation and/or case management practices.Highly developed written and oral communication skills including liaison, negotiation and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies and guidelines relating to rehabilitation, workplace health and safety and human resource operations and functions.Expert knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation, policy and guidelines for managing injured and ill employees.Certificate IV in Rehabilitation and Case Management or higher tertiary qualifications in a relevant field: e.g. counseling, psychology, social work.On offer is a contract role initially until the 30th of November 2025, at a highly sought afterGovernment organisation, with a highly competitive hourly rate.To send your CV for review, please use the APPLY button below.
