**What do I need?**
- Contributes significantly to the effective running of the team, including arranging meetings (room bookings, catering, agendas and distribution of minutes), travel bookings and distribution of communications
- Provides financial administration and support for expenditure, account payments and reconciliations via Coupa
- Completes personnel administration within PeopleHQ and PeopleXpress ensuring accuracy of data, reporting hierarchy and LMS job alignment
- Manage the administrative aspects of onboarding new staff members including introductory meetings, creation of profiles and IT equipment and system access
- Co-ordinates and ensures all time sheeting is complete for the team in Clarity
- Maintains a support network amongst the EA / Assistant community to share best practice and ensure consistency where appropriate
- Coordinate and drive any specific/adhoc events within the teams supported.
- Contributes ideas to create opportunities, identify process improvements and enhance the One Westpac team culture.
- Surfaces issues and works with the team to find solutions and follows through with actions or escalates as appropriate.
- Manage all Health Safety & Wellbeing requirements for the teams supported - including record keeping, reporting and monthly audits.
- 3+ years relevant experience in an administrative or support role
- Good practical knowledge of Westpac's internal workings (systems, processes policies) and how to navigate these to get the job done.
- Experience using Corporate HR and finance Systems advantages but not essential
- Proficient in all MS Office in particular Excel, Teams, PowerPoint as well as Jira, Clarity, Confluence(desirable)
