Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to prepare financial statements in accordance with UK accounting standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing corporation tax computations and completing tax returns (CT600). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts under various client requirements and timescales.
An essential aspect of this position involves proactive management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring all relevant accounting information is processed into their ledgers. The ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, payroll taxes, and intercompany balances, is also crucial.
Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for preparing VAT returns following completion of the relevant bookkeeping periods.
