We're growing — and we're looking for a Qualified Roof Plumber / Team Leader to join our team.
The Role
The Role
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and qualified Roof Plumber who can confidently lead a small crew while maintaining high-quality standards on site.
This role is primarily based in Mandurah and Bunbury, with occasional regional work (paid accommodation, travel and food provided).
Responsibilities
* Full roof replacements (tile to tin, re-sheeting)
* Installation of Colorbond roofing and wall cladding
* Gutter and downpipe installation (quad, box gutter, custom flashings)
* Valley replacements and flashing installation
* Roof repairs and leak detection
* Box gutter fabrication and installation
* Fascia and eave work
* Installing edge protection and working safely at heights
* Reading and interpreting plans and engineering drawings
* Leading and supervising apprentices/trades assistants
* Maintaining job site cleanliness and safety compliance
* Ensuring all work is completed to Australian Standards
Qualifications
* Trade qualified Roof Plumber (Certificate III in Roof Plumbing preferred)
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
* Own reliable transport
* Basic hand tools
* Strong understanding of Australian building standards
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Professional presentation
* Punctual and reliable
* Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
