Overview
Working closely with technical experts in your team, you will ensure our SCADA and GCMS systems operate efficiently, effectively, and safely, with minimal disruption. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing control system performance, troubleshooting issues, and making recommendations for system improvements to maintain optimal gas network operations.

Experience and qualifications
- Proven working experience (5 – 10 years) in the energy, gas transmission or distribution industry.
- 3+ years of experience working with SCADA (Emerson OpenEnterprise) and Operational Technology environments.
- Expertise in Australian standards & legislative requirements to provide technical support to designers and interface with engineers across multiple disciplines
- Member of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng accreditation

SEA Gas was established in 2002 to develop, own and operate the 700km underground high pressure natural gas pipeline transmission system from Port Campbell in Victoria, connecting the Otway and Bass Basins, to Adelaide in South Australia.
We play a vital role in sustainably securing the east coast energy transition. Our pipeline system delivers gas to gas fired power stations to meet industrial, commercial and domestic needs in Adelaide, Victoria and regional centres.
Our team of over 40 employees works across South Australian and Victorian locations supporting the management and operations of our natural gas transmission pipelines.
