About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support the Manager and Assistant Director Workforce Services in developing and implementing values-based HR practices. The successful candidate will deliver contemporary HR services, focusing on recruitment and establishment, employee and industrial relations.
In addition to delivering outcomes, you will utilize your growth mindset to coach and mentor other team members and help build capability across the Workforce Services team. Your people skills will enable you to build business relationships across the Department.
