Your new role: In this senior role, you will provide expert mental health nursing leadership and consultancy within a community care setting. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will support complex clinical decision-making, workforce development and continuous improvement aligned with contemporary mental health practice. You will: * Provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy in community mental health * Support clinicians managing complex consumers using the AIMS model of care * Lead and contribute to clinical governance, quality and safety initiatives * Mentor, supervise and support early career and new staff * Contribute to service development, innovation and workforce capability About you: You are an experienced mental health nurse with strong leadership capability and a commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred community care.
