Coordinate key accountabilities to enhance sales team performance and customer experience by managing key individual responsibilities and business standards throughout the sales journey.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Sales, support and process enhancement: Support the sales team in executing the Sales Process with excellence, with a high level of lead capture and qualification of all leads, while utilizing sales technology platforms, including but not limited to Geosite, SQS, CRM and Dynamics365.
* Customer Service: Provide a quality service to customers visiting the Display or when following up customers to help progress the sales to next stage in process.
* Display Centre Operations: Assist in the maintenance of Displays to the set standard including stocking, replenishing and ensuring effective presentation of merchandise.
* Operational Compliance: Uphold Metricon brand and values, ensuring existing procedures, processes and relevant technologies are used correctly and efficiently.
* Product/Service Information: Support the sales and respond to basic customer queries relating to products and services.
* Stakeholder Management: Assist Sales Manager where required in the management of internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (Including Developers, Financiers and Land Agents).
* Innovation: Contribute ideas that improve the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the department through skills, knowledge, process and behaviour.
* House and Land Package Support: Support the House and Land Manager with creating packages across Regional West in line with packaging directions, as required.

The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused role;
* Intermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
* Ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness;
* Effective Time Management skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing);
* Ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team;
* Excellent organisational and time management skills;
* Motivated in achieving quality results; and
* A Positive, Can Do Attitude.
