Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with event planning, timelines, and vendor coordination.
* Support light marketing tasks - social media, content creation, administration.
* Contribute to general administrative tasks to ensure the events and sales teams stay organized.
Wedding Preparation:
* Organize room allocations and ensure accommodation is guest-ready.
* Set up wedding spaces (layout, décor, signage, styling guidance).
* Coordinate the setup of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and assist with overall venue presentation.
On-the-Day Coordination:
* Support the event lead throughout each wedding.
* Maintain order behind the scenes.
* Provide a calm, positive presence for couples, families, and vendors.
Requirements:
* Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Pride in delivering high-quality results.
Availability:
This is a casual role with flexible hours based on our event schedule.
* Primarily Fridays & Saturdays.
* Occasional Sundays for site visits.
* Potential for growth into a permanent role for the right candidate.
