We represent a privately owned developer-builder delivering a $2.5 billion multi-tower mixed-use precinct on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to lead site structural operations on a flagship high‐rise stage of the masterplan. This is a large‐scale, multi‐year vertical construction program incorporating luxury residential, hotel and commercial components. The structure is developer‐led with in‐house construction capability, offering direct access to decision makers and meaningful programme ownership.

Responsibilities
* Supervision of structural trades and concrete cycles.
* Sequencing and coordination of structural works.
* Enforcement of WHS and structural safety controls.
* Quality control and tolerance management.
* Coordination with engineering, QA, and services teams.
* Reporting progress and issues to site leadership.
Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on mid‐to high‐rise residential or mixed‐use projects.
* Strong trade or academic background with high‐rise structural exposure.
* Ability to manage multiple work fronts and tight programs.
* Experience working within structured, professional site environments.
