Job Description:
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for distribution partners, overseeing all aspects of the partnership.
* Lead discussions on pricing, commissions, and incentives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against targets.
* Develop and implement distributor account plans and quarterly marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders to support distributor strategies and enablement activities.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 7–10 years of experience in relationship sales management in IT or telecommunications, with at least 3 years in a distribution account management position.
* A proven track record of success in strategic selling through distribution or Tier 2 channel partners, including long-term business planning.
* Strong commercial acumen with a history of achieving growth and revenue targets.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including experience engaging at executive levels.
* Tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of IT and telecommunications products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills for influencing internal and external stakeholders.
