Job Description
The Organisation is seeking a dynamic and operationally oriented professional to manage contractual and operational performance across a portfolio of sites on behalf of multiple clients.
* Lead onsite operational teams in managing cleaning and maintenance services in line with presentation and contractual performance.
* Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication strategies and proactive engagement.
* Oversee compliance, safety standards, and financial outcomes to ensure optimal performance across all FM sites.
* Identify opportunities for service innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term contract retention.
* Support new site setups in line with company standards and guide onsite teams during transition periods.
* Evaluate and review the preferred vendor network to ensure service delivery remains competitive and value-driven.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure accurate site documentation in their CMMS system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a proven background in managing self-delivery of cleaning and maintenance services across a portfolio of assets. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and expand the delivery of works to meet and exceed KPIs.
* A strong track record of people management in an operational environment, including motivation, rostering, and training.
* Proven commercial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
* A valid National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
