Technical Service Role
The Technical Service role is a pivotal position in the installation and maintenance of metering hardware and software in panel households. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality results, ensuring panel quality and security, and fostering strong relationships with panel members.
This role demands a solid understanding of technical processes and procedures, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the seamless operation of our panel services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with panel members
* Communicate effectively with householders using clear and concise terminology
* Ensure punctuality and professionalism when attending appointments
* Display a high level of presentation and professionalism at all times
* Collect and manage household information while maintaining data accuracy and quality
* Execute standard operating procedures to ensure panel quality, security, and privacy
* Manage assigned assets to maintain panel households and quality
* Liaise with quality control, panel management, and recruitment staff to maintain panel performance
* Maintain awareness of workplace health and safety guidelines and work safely
* Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
* Proficient computer hardware and software knowledge
* General knowledge of Audio-visual equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Result-oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
* Current driver's license
* Awareness of information security and privacy principles
