Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep – Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.

Dalby Christian College is seeking a full time, term time Boarding Assistant for an immediate start.
The successful applicant would be required to work shifts between the hours of 6.30am – 8.30am and 3.00pm – 10.00pm. There is some weekend work with shifts from 8.00am – 10.00pm.
The successful applicant would be required to have:
· A passion to work with teenagers in a Christian context
· Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills
· An ability to work as collaborative member of the wider College team
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· A current Blue Card or be eligible for one.
