Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Assistant.

This role demands versatility, professionalism, and efficient task management.

* Preparing legal documents and letters;
* Client liaison and external stakeholder communication;
* Vendor and Purchaser client file management;
* Conducting legal research and processing property searches;
* Accurate maintenance of Client Database;
* Debtor follow up and administrative duties.


Key Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Attention to detail and accuracy;
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
