Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality accommodation and outreach services. The Service Manager will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with best-practice standards, and work closely with local stakeholders to enhance community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, deliver, and quality assure culturally appropriate accommodation and outreach services.
* Oversee case management, intake, and handover processes to ensure exceptional client care.
* Ensure services meet program specifications, service agreements, and WA Practice Standards.
* Provide accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders, addressing risks and opportunities.
* Offer on-call support to team members as per roster requirements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in human services or a related field, significant experience in delivering evidence-based interventions, crisis accommodation and outreach services, and advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
