We are seeking a skilled and motivated commis chef to join our hotel's culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the efficient operation of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, managing daily activities including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations.
3. Collaborate with the Chef on duty as required, providing assistance and support.
4. Develop and showcase various culinary techniques, contributing to the growth and development of the culinary team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
