Daily Responsibilities SALES
* Achieve high level of personal sales reaching sales targets and GP
* Develop clients through CRM
* Ensure clients are served according to ANTON standards, providing superior customer service
* Exceptional communication at every touch point
PEOPLE AND CULTURE
* Foster and demonstrate a positive team attitude both within the boutique and across the broader business
* Provide support and assistance to other team members whenever required
* Respect, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions

OPERATIONS
* Ownership and contribution to Daily stock counts
* Dealing with client complaints and requests to promote efficiency and client relations
* Be fully informed of policies, procedures, incentive programs and other information necessary to service clients and perform all tasks required
* Work with management to develop the business through feedback, ideas and problem-solving
* VM maintenance
Qualifications
* 2-5 years' luxury sales experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
