**Role Overview:**
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the management and training of the recruitment team, workflow, and process. This includes ensuring that jobs are delivered on time, to clients' specifications, and in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking Process: Verify all screeners for every job to ensure answers, quotas, and minimum job specifications are correct. Brief in the recruitment of replacement respondents as needed.
* Organize Confirmation Process: Ensure all respondents are confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the group/depth time. Brief in the recruitment of any replacement respondents.
* Raise issues with the Client Services Team in a timely manner during recruitment to enable a planned solution to be determined.
* Update Jobs: Keep Senior Recruiters and Operations Managers informed using the Briefing Update form when out of the office.
* Develop Tools: Constantly review and develop additional tools, checklists, etc., to assist with the recruitment process.
Accountability:
* Monitor project delivery to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and according to clients' specifications.
* Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working in Market Research, Field Research, and/or CATI.
* Strong admin/client liaison skills.
* Someone who leads by example and with confidence.

* Good client rapport.
