Business Development Specialist

A Territory Manager will work closely with painters and builders, driving growth opportunities through strategic account management and prospecting. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who thrives on picking up the phone, getting out on the road, and making an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of trade customers, including painters and builder.
* Build and grow customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
* Engage in cold calling and proactive territory development to expand the customer base.
* Navigate pricing conversations and provide solutions-focused sales support.
