We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) environments to support complex industrial and infrastructure technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-driven BA who can work independently while engaging confidently with operational stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and technical delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Translate operational and technical business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Support the delivery and integration of SCADA and OT systems across complex environments Act as the key liaison between operations, engineering, IT, OT, and third-party vendors Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions with technical and operational teams Manage technical issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across OT projects Coordinate and quality-assure technical designs, build artefacts, and vendor deliverables Support testing, commissioning, cutover, go-live, and operational handover activities Produce high-quality technical, operational, and support documentation Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience working in SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) environments Strong understanding of industrial control systems, OT infrastructure, and operational support models Experience working across critical infrastructure, utilities, mining, energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors Knowledge of OT networks, telemetry, field devices, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial communications Experience integrating OT and enterprise platforms within secure operational environments Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity, risk, and governance considerations Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in fast-paced operational environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across operational and technical teams Strong technical documentation and requirements management capabilities Experience supporting complex technical delivery programs and vendor coordination If this sounds like you, click APPLY NOW.
