About the role
We're seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance & Governance Division based in Geelong. As our newest Payroll Officer you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate, efficient and timely payroll activities for our employees.

This role requires you to collaborate closely with People Culture and Engagement to ensure seamless internal processes, proactively addressing queries with empathy and insight to support our workforce. You will also maintain up‑to‑date payroll documentation, process new hires in Aurion, and handle ad‑hoc tasks such as Work Cover payments or prior service calculations.

About the team
The Finance & Governance Division prides itself on fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Each team member is empowered to excel and contribute to the overall success of the TAC's strategy. You will sit in a team of four and work alongside skilled professionals who are committed to a high‑performing culture, also working closely with the People Culture and Engagement Division.
