About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, driving results, and creating a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired. You'll be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
* Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
* Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
* Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.
* Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.
What You Bring
* Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
* Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
