About Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is all about empowering adults with physical and intellectual disabilities to live in their own homes and be active members of their communities. We provide tailored, one-on-one support that helps people build routines, develop life skills, and pursue personal goals — whether that's joining a local club, finding meaningful work, or simply enjoying a hobby.
Support is offered across a range of hours (6am-9pm, Monday to Sunday), and is shaped by each person's unique needs, interests, and aspirations.
About The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. Your work will be dynamic and person-led, shaped by each individual's goals, interests, and aspirations.

Explore hobbies and passions — from music and art to sports and animalsBuild daily routines that support independence and wellbeingConnect with local clubs, community spaces, and interest groupsDiscover volunteering, education, or employment opportunitiesStrengthen social confidence and relationshipsNavigate everyday tasks like personal care, household chores, and community outings
Support hours range between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday, with some flexibility to suit both staff and the people we support.
