About The Role

- Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care
- Provide quality, timely, and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans

- Embed a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
- Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to employment with RSL LifeCare.
