About Us
We're an award winning law firm with multiple offices across New South Wales.
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to work from our Willoughby office.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or taking messages when necessary.
* Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the firm’s services.
* Schedule client appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
* Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
About You
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role, ideally in a law firm.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
* Experience with LEAP legal software is beneficial but not essential.
