You will own a high potential territory across Gold Coast, working with General Practitioners & Pharmacy to drive product awareness, education, and patient outcomes. You will have clear targets, strong coaching support, and products GPs know and trust.

The role
Build trusted relationships with General Practitioners and primary healthcare professionals, deliver high quality clinical product information, and translate brand strategy into meaningful engagement within your territory.
Plan your week, prioritise high value clinics, and maintain accurate CRM data so insights drive smarter territory decisions.
What success looks like
Month 1: Onboarding complete, territory plan established, priority clinics mapped, and confident product detailing with GPs.
Months 2 to 6: KPI trajectory on track, strong call cadence across priority clinics, increasing product awareness and engagement, and CRM insights that guide territory strategy.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver clear and compliant product education to GPs and healthcare professionals
• Build trusted relationships with General Practitioners and practice staff
• Plan and execute territory calls to meet and exceed KPIs
• Maintain high standards of compliance in all customer interactions
• Record visits, insights and next actions in CRM on the same day
About you
• At least 1 years’ experience in direct GP or healthcare sales 🏥
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with healthcare professionals 🗣️
• Commercially minded, organised and accountable 🧩
• You live within the territory boundaries, hold a valid driver’s licence, have comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable, road safe vehicle 🚗
• Nice to have: Science, Health or Business background, or Medicines Australia certification 🧬
Must have Australian work rights. No sponsorship available for this role.
Tools and support
Product training, a clear coaching rhythm with your down to earth manager, and the right toolkit to do the job: iPad, iPhone and Salesforce CRM.
Pay and benefits
Initial twelve (12) month full time contract with a pathway to permanent based on performance and business needs.
