About the Role:
As an Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic advisory board and technology forum. You will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution and delivery of high-value platforms, contributing directly to our business development outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:*
* Support planning and logistics for enterprise community and corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
* Coordinate sponsorship activations, positioning executives with priority customers and tracking commercial outcomes.
* Contribute to partnership ROI reporting, measuring leads generated, opportunities influenced, and customer advocacy impact.
* Serve as the 'concierge' for executive members, managing all communications, enquiries, and touchpoints to ensure a high-value experience.
* Coordinate logistics and lead all aspects of end-to-end delivery for engagements, including masterclasses, boardroom sessions, global and local study tours, and custom executive experiences.
* Maintain accurate program calendars, run sheets, and action trackers for initiatives, ensuring critical timelines and achievements are met.
* Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting, supplier/vendor negotiations, and financial reporting to ensure value for money and a strong return on investment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience delivering executive-level events or programs.
* Demonstrated experience in executive hospitality and concierge-level service for senior collaborators.
* Proven ability to manage complex budgets and negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
* Commercially minded with an understanding of how executive programs and partnerships drive pipeline and revenue growth.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of succinct executive briefings and reports.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with senior collaborator visibility.
