We are seeking an organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Construction Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the residential construction industry and experience working under pressure.
About the Role:
* Coordinate and manage pre-construction activities for allocated projects
* Assist with resolving customer and project issues
* Provide regular updates to clients and resolve questions and disputes in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with the project manager.
Required Skills:
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
