The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who's thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Based in our East Perth office, this is a full-time 3-month parental leave cover, with an immediate commencement - it's a chance to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people's day to day experience with us.
You'll be joining our Retail Customer Service Team, where your role is all about making things smooth, simple, and supportive for our customers. Whether it's answering a question, processing an order, or following up to make sure everything's arrived as expected - you'll be the steady hand behind the scenes.
You'll be the person people remember for being kind, clear, and capable. We're looking for someone who cares - about the details, about the people, and about doing things properly. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in getting things right, and being part of a team that values trust and connection, we'd love to hear from you.
About You
You're someone who's calm, curious, and great with people. You've worked in customer service before, so you know how to listen well, communicate clearly, and keep things organised even when it's busy.
You're confident using email and phone, and you're comfortable with the tech that keeps everything ticking. You've got a good eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a natural way of making others feel supported.
You're also a team player - open to feedback, happy to help, and always looking for ways to improve. And, most importantly, you care - about the work, and about the people.
