Pacific Optics is a leading national supplier of General Merchandise, Phone Accessories and Sunglasses. We're growing fast and are now seeking an experienced, driven Sales Territory Manager to own and develop our Northern Territory and regional WA territory.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who loves autonomy, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.
You'll be based in Darwin, working from a customised vendor refill van, servicing and growing a territory that includes Darwin, Broome, Alice Springs and Jabiru. The role operates on a 3 weeks local / 3 weeks regional travel cycle.
The Role
You'll be on the road daily, actively servicing our existing customers, building relationships with Store and Area Managers, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Reporting to the SA/NT State Manager (based in Adelaide), you will:
* Maintain, retain and grow customer relationships
* Grow sales and consistently achieve targets
* Manage customer orders via a vendor refill model
* Promote new product ranges and present samples
* Merchandise to high standards
* Conduct in-store compliance checks
* Follow up enquiries on pricing, product and account discrepancies
* Collect payments
* Represent Pacific Optics professionally in every store
This is a hands-on, high-energy role combining sales, merchandising and relationship management across a diverse and exciting region.

* A positive, self-motivated attitude
* The ability to work autonomously
* An eye for detail and presentation
* A passion for driving long distances
* Previous sales experience
* A full Australian driver's licence (manual required)
* Confidence driving a Light Commercial Long Wheelbase Van
