The Eva Copper Mine is an iron oxide copper gold resource set to become the largest copper mine in North West Queensland.

Primary Duties
* Coordinate on-site engineering and quality assurance to ensure safety, compliance with design, and delivery on time and within budget.
* Liaise with project teams for design reviews, constructability improvements, resource forecasts, and process enhancements.
* Interpret and implement designs during construction, ensuring compatibility with project requirements.
* Monitor progress, report to senior engineers, and ensure adherence to schedules and specifications.
* Witness and close-out quality assurance documentation, including ITPs, check sheets, and non-conformance reports.
* Manage technical queries, attend site meetings, and ensure orderly documentation and correspondence.
* Support continuous improvement in quality management processes to uphold project standards.
Who are you?
* Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
* Proven experience in site-based roles, with a strong background in earthworks and roadworks within the mining and minerals processing sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
* Adaptable and proactive in complex, evolving project environments.
* Proficient in civil design software, particularly 12d and AutoCAD.
