We are seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple contracting teams across key construction projects.
Reporting to the Project Superintendent, you'll ensure safe, efficient project delivery to a high standard that meets end-user expectations.
You'll be a pivotal site leader, providing technical oversight, ensuring compliance with safety and quality frameworks, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Duties: Oversee and coordinate multiple contracting companies and civil construction projects on-site
Review and approve Contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and associated documentationConduct punch list walk-downs to ensure project completion standards are metInterpret and review project drawings to guide accurate execution of civil worksLiaise with Superintendents, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project deliveryManage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and coordinate handovers between multiple contracting teamsLead by example in the field, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with Business Management System (BMS) obligations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policiesParticipate in training initiatives and promote safety awareness among team membersPromptly identify and manage workplace incidents, ensuring appropriate reporting and corrective actionsUphold the company's Code of Conduct and Values, fostering an empowered and collaborative work environmentSupport the professional development of team members through structured plans, coaching, and mentoring
