This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Successful candidates will provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence based knowledge and advice is delivered to patients after an adverse event following immunisation, including counselling and education of patients and families with complex medical conditions in relation to immunisations.
Position Profile
The Child and Adolescent Health Service is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team within the Immunisation Service at Perth Children's Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Acting as an advocate for patients and families and collaborating with them and other members of the health care team to achieve health goals.
* Demonstrating competence in the planning and delivery of complex care to patients and their families.
* Liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team and fostering continual development of the team to provide expert services.

Eligibility to Apply

Requirements
* A copy of, or details of your Immunisation Provider Certification (this is an essential requirement of the role as per selection criteria 2).
* A statement addressing selection criteria 3, 6, 8 and 9 only, in no more than 2-3 pages. The remaining criteria will be assessed throughout the recruitment process.
* A cover letter outlining your suitability for the position.
* A current resume which summarises your experience and includes both phone and email contact details of two professional referees, with at least one being a recent supervisor/line manager.
