A.O. Dutton opened his first garage on Burnley Street, Richmond. Driven by a focus on customer experience, Dutton Automotive now operates from 24 dealerships across Australia with over 300 staff nationally.
Job Description
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office environment in Burnley, managing a range of administrative and support activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to support the team and foster a cohesive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform various administrative duties as required.
Coordinate with team members and management.
Manage supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize team events such as lunches, breakfasts, and fundraisers to promote a positive team culture.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries.
Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries with the freight team.
Manage the office budget and process invoices in the accounting system.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Approachable, collaborative, and confident in supporting a dynamic sales team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about contributing to a supportive team culture.
